At Spark Gadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items, such as earphones/headphones for hygiene reasons, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
